Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Laurens

I always love my experience with LC. However, this time was by far the worst experience I have had to date. I always order crazy crust on our pizza’s. When ordering thru the app or DoorDash it does not give you the option to add it. So, I call and tell them I would like it added and they always add it. Last week, I called to have it added when a woman tells me that she can’t add it cause there is no way for me to pay for it. Frustrating since that’s inconsistent from what my experience has been but whatever. It’s butter and cheese. Big deal. She tells me to add on additional sauces to the order to cover the cost next time. Today, I did as I was told. My dasher goes to pick up my order and says they can’t add it. So, I call and the GM answers. Offering no assistance nor customer service regarding the issue. She says once the box is sealed there is nothing she can do and that adding on additional sauces goes against they policy. She offered packs of Parmesan as an option of resolution. I said that would be fine and told her to please correct the miscommunication of information among her employees to which she hung up on me. She didn’t even add in the packs of Parmesan. Can’t even make a pizza without sauce even though I am highly allergic to pizza sauce I was wonting , the slices and sticks But no sauce like how hard would it be to leave sauce off of the pizza? Every other Little Caesars I have been to including the one that I used to work at in North Carolina. One of them can seem to manage to ring up slices, sticks, and then write and write up like normal like that and just leave the sauce off of it when they make it. Not this one They are so lazy at this one. They literally sit there and tell you know they can’t do it that they refuse that if you’r allergic to it and you shouldn’t eat it they can not help you like Seriously, you can’t make a pizza and just leave the sauce off of it. That’s like saying you can’t make a hamburger and have it with no Mustard hell I’ve had better service at McDonald’s for crying out loud and their foods usually half the time cold but again, I used to work at Little Caesars and expected a lot more than this so yeah y’all really need to step up y’all’s game. As a customer and a door dasher I frequent this location. There is a young red haired girl that does a great job of greeting and smiling and seems knowledgeable about her job. Very helpful to me when I come for someone's order. The older woman with red hair is nice as well. She is a hard worker from what I've seen and manages the best she can with the help she has My favorite though is the Blonde haired manager who has been there a while. Her eyes and smile could light up a room. She greets everyone as they come in and is super at guest relations. She may enjoy her job there, but her attitude and friendliness are better suited for Chick-fil-A 😊 And I have to add that even though she may have worked a full shift and been elbow deep in dough she still looks like she walked from the back of the store off of a...
