An Unforgettable 90th Birthday Celebration at Honeysuckle House

We recently celebrated a remarkable milestone — my aunt’s 90th birthday — with an elegant tea party at Honeysuckle House, and I cannot imagine a more perfect venue for such a special occasion.

From the moment we arrived, we were swept into a world of charm and grace. Honeysuckle House, with its beautifully restored interiors and blooming garden views, provided the perfect setting for a relaxed and joyful gathering. The afternoon sun filtered gently through the windows, casting a warm glow over the vintage teacups, fresh florals, and crisp linen table settings.

The tea party was attended by many of my aunt’s dear friends — some lifelong companions and others more recent, but all equally delighted to share in her celebration. A special mention must go to Gary, who was simply wonderful. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made everyone feel welcome and at ease. It was a very beautiful historic looking house with everything we needed. The decorations inside the house were beautiful and very classy. The porch was really nice for an outside meal.

We loved the simplicity of having everything close by - from our dressing rooms to the main room where we got married - it made getting setup so simple and easy.
