Dropped my 2 dogs off today at 1pm (my appointment was at 1). One for a basic groom and a blueberry facial(my small dog) and one for a mini groom with deshedding shampoo add on(big dog). I told them that my big dog was very anxious(scary) with new people touching her at drop off and online when making the appointment. They called me at 3pm telling me they couldn’t do my big dog because of her growling when they tried to put her in the bathtub, but my little dog would be done in 15 mins. I’ve taken my big dog to lavonia pet salon to get her nails trimmed 2 times before and they have never turned me away because of her growling or because she pees or poos. My thing is just put a muzzle on her if you’re scared that she might bite. She probably also wouldn’t have been as bad if she wasn’t locked up in a cage for 2 hours past her appointment time. What’s the point of an appointment if you’re not going to start on them for 2 hours?Also how do you work with dogs and animals but don’t know how to deal with them ?? I’ve also taken her to get her rabies shot and they simply wrapped the leash around her mouth and gave her the shot.My big dog needed the grooming wayyy more than my small dog. My small dogs smells great though. Also my dogs came back home and they were extremely thirsty. So you’re telling me you kept them locked in the cage for hours and didn’t think to give them water or let them outside to potty ? Never going here again. Will be looking into getting them groomed at lavonia pet salon, since they know how to deal with anxious dogs, and don’t turn people away because of a dogs...

this was the second time i’ve been here. the first time i had no issue but however, this time i was very disappointed. they had cut my dog and grazed him without letting me know. right after i picked him up and went to my car, i noticed blood on my arm. i went back inside to let them know and they claimed it was because of poop in the area. my dog is kept clean and i’m sure no sort of poop can cause that level of bleeding. the only thing they apologized for was not noticing it sooner. had they taken accountability, i would’ve understood. mistakes happen. but however, that wasn’t the case. i’m beyond disappointed and now my poor dog has cuts...

The 1 star is for the store. And staff are friendly, but my dog stayed for 9 nights and they charged me for 10. You could tell by my dog's reactions and behavior that he was not properly cared for. He is skiddish now. He had severe rawness on his neck and it looks like another dog bit him on the nose. He was returned to me very nasty , like he had been thrown out in the yard all day.Also, it said (on the website)they had a nanny cam, but day of check in. I was told...
