I took my lap top here and everything was fine. Then I took my almost new printer that I just purchased from best buy in 2022 that I barely use to this place, came home and it still was not printing properly. I opened the compartments and noticed that a certain tray inside was not the original one I had in there. I texted him telling him the issue as well as showing him a pic of the tray stating that this is not my tray. This one was old and a different color. Mine was new and all black.(This con man switched out my new one for an old one and thought I wouldnt notice). I took it back and the owner was so rude to me, talking over me, talking down to me, not allowing me to even explain to him how my original one looked. Because he knew I busted him. Then he started to tell me "Just be quiet. Don't talk. The more you talk, the more your wrong". I was shocked at how demeaning he was talking to me as a woman. Not to mention, he charged me a $25 deposit, then called and said the only thing wrong was that I had the wrong cartridge inside and that i just sinply needed to go to office depot and get the correct one. Ok fine. Went and purchased the right cartridge and he put it in(in which i could have done myself like I been doing). He told me it was $55 more. I told him that I thought it was only $25, and more if he needed to do work on it. He told me it was for "the labor work". I'm like okay so he's a conman. Wow. So I just payed the money and left. But when I returned because my printer was not working properly, is when the whole disagreement started. The first time he was so pleasant tho. But this second time, he was awful. I recorded the entire interaction from the time I walked in till the time I left, with a hidden camera connected to my purse which was connected to my phone, and I will be putting it on social media.

Update: Okay after I posted this review, I started reading other customers reviews with almost the sane complaints. Okay so now I know It's not just me over reacting. He's a con and very rude. Ok...

this place is absolutely awful. if you want a good small business computer repair shop to go to go to the computer repair shop on Torrence Boulevard the guy is very experience has good prices and is completely professional. The two people that were running it yesterday was so unprofessional and rude. I had already gone to one computer repair store to try and get a price quote for fixing my charging jack on my Dell laptop and they had given me the price of $100. I just wanted to see if I could get anything cheaper and when I asked those questions this place was so rude. The guy told us it would be $140 and when I said that that was a lot of money he got extremely offended and told me to just buy another computer. Then after I said I don’t have $600 to just buy another computer, he said well there’s one person in the county that will do it for you for any cheaper and I said well who is it and he just said I’m not gonna tell you. Also, he said no one would do it for cheaper but I even called best buy for one fina uote after going here and it was cheaper! He was so rude and so is the other guy that was working who told me he would have to take apart the entire computer in order to even find out what was wrong when i already told him it was just the...

Brought my laptop in for a repair on a Friday. I asked for a time frame for the repair, the main guy there said he could have it done by the weekend and gave me a decent price compared to other shops in the area. I solely picked this place because they promised they could have it back to me by the end of the weekend. LIES. First he says that the malfunctioning part requires a special order part from Georgia, ok... fine. He says it'll take 3 more days. I leave him my number and ask him to call me with updates on the laptop. He says he will. ANOTHER LIE. The three extra days are up, and I still haven't received a single message, I wait another day... still nothing. I have to call and ask, and he still says that the part hasn't arrived yet. It ends up being almost two weeks before I get my laptop back.

When I finally got it back, at least 3 screws were missing. OK fine, not the worst thing to do, but extremely shady... On top of that, a perfectly working screen hinge somehow stops functioning right. I check and compare the hinges on the other side, and it's a completely different color! A waste of money and time
