I always give small businesses a second chance if I am not completely happy with my experience the first time but I’m gonna go ahead and change my policy after this. I reviewed this place before on Yelp and will update my review to this soon. I was given a range for delivery that changed without notice to be after the dates selected and impacted my moving experience. I was told 2 day delivery on the phone, next week delivery in person(which is fine, they didn’t know what I was ordering on the phone so it happens) and had to check in when I didn’t hear back on the 12th day regarding it. Aside from this I thought I was clear about what I wanted and brought in a photo for reference but compromised a bit on style to remain committed to having a fun color of furniture. I even brought in the paint that I wanted the item to be in front of in my space to make sure it didn’t clash but was still fun. I furnished 98% of my house using this store. I found the furniture to be better quality and nicer looking than some of the local furniture dealers that are better known. I won’t insult the others. The reason it’s better is because Danny has catalogs from different furniture makers. His variety is very high and you can usually find whatever you are looking for in his catalogs. He’s very inexpensive compared to most furniture places. The only setback is it takes a long time for delivery. Came into the store to purchase 2 beds for my kids. Dan was able to get the mattresses and frames in a reasonable time and always communicated with me. The price and quality is what always makes me come back along with Dan's customer service he makes sure you are happy when you leave the store. When the beds arrived the crew installed the frames and the mattresses so I didn't have to worry about spending hours figuring out where all the screws go.
