My experience with everyone (except Clark) has been exceptional. They are so kind, polite, and very helpful. This place is very busy and there can be a wait but hey do offer appointments (which I haven't taken advantage of so my wait was expected. My experience with Clark was pretty bad so bad that no matter how great everyone else has been it was enough to just want to easily find another place. He comes off very ..... pompous, kind of with a turned up nose. I came in to have some jewelry (purchased else where) appraised to be insured. 1. He told me that my diamond was a waste because to the naked eye a lessor quality diamond looks the same and I could have saved money. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? IF I was shopping for a ring and mentioned I was on a budget I can understand that statement but he said that about a ring I ALREADY own. 2. He appraised my ring at a lessor weight based off a guess-ta-mation (measuring while in the settings) even though I had the paperwork/receipt from where I purchased it. His ego didn't want to discuss it. I took it to have the diamonds officially weighed and I was right he under valued it. 3. He gave me a big schpeal on fudging the appraisal, why did he look at me and tell me this. I was looking for an appraisal to get insured not looking to do fraud. It felt insulting. My whole experience felt insulting I don't like to use the "Card" maybe, maybe not but there is definitely this aire of ego and arrogance that was just so off putting. I know he's the son of the owners so maybe thats why he behaves this way but I would recommend a lesson on customer service. Oh yeah I went in another time with a friend (who recommended me) and he immediately told us as we walked in, I haven't eaten, I'm going to eat and left us waiting. Thankfully I would have waiting for ANYONE else but seriously just terrible customer service.

After a quick conversation with Maggie about what I was looking for, I knew I wanted to work with her and her family. She was very knowledgeable and thoughtful through the entire process. Maggie's demeanor and personality made me trust her immediately. I would recommend them to anyone. The ring is perfect. Their customer service was perfect. Their attitude towards their customers is perfect.
