This is me Kausila Gurung first time visiting the store from North Carolina to buy jewelry and I ended up buying Rani Haar (24k gold necklace) for $3,700. First time going their the customer service from the staff Anjana was excellent and she was really nice and respectful because of her only I’m giving 2 star. Next day I went to visit the shop again to change the necklace rope into gold back chain, they could fix it in next 2 hours. But I didn’t have enough time so I had to come back to North Carolina, so I asked my brother to pick up the necklace for me. The back chain for the necklace it wasn’t fixed properly so the necklace kept twisting when wearing. I called them to fix my necklace again and they said they would fix it for me, so I asked my mom to take the necklace to fix it in the store and I was informed they talked rudely to my mom and told her “that’s what your daughter wanted so fix it by yourself”. So when wearing the necklace in the party (had gotten the necklace especially for the party) I had to hold the necklace so it doesn’t get twisted (it was very annoying). I payed them extra money close to 500 dollars for the chain after paying for necklace by it self which was $3,700 but it wasn’t fixed properly and I don’t care about the money, I just hoped the necklace was good and comfortable to wear but it wasn’t and I can’t go back to the store to get it fixed because I’m already in North Carolina and to get to that store it would be very long ride. I had thought to buy another jewelry/necklace but I change my mind and would never go back to this store again and I don’t recommend anyone going here cause it just sucks and has terrible...

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STAR !! THE MEN HERE IS SO DISRESPECTFUL ESPECIALLY TO GIRLS! Making comments like “why ask if you guys don’t wanna REALLY buy” “oh your GIRLS don’t know anything!!” When I came here literally just for a simple thing total was $650 and literally bill had $650 but he’s demanding for $750!!! And he’s stright up fighting with store full of customers no regards, no respect, no mind at all to think! To be running this big stores and no SERVICE how can it work??? customers here are getting scam! they don’t have good customer service and they ripe customers off, but all we got in return is DISRESPECT!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Worst gold shop I had ever went too!!! I GAVE THEM MY GOLD NECKLACE TO FIX IT because some of my necklace was broken but I had the parts with me so I went to this store because it was the closest but NEVER AGINA WILL I EVER GO TO THIS STORE LIKE NEVERRRR!!! they took my part of my necklace and gave me there old parts and fix my necklace.
