Zena Nails — Local services in Swatara Township

Today - was my first time coming in the nail salon . The girl who started my nails was doing it exactly how i like it . I got two different designs on all ten of my fingers-... The first girl got up and this second girl took over . Second girl screwed up two of my nails . She had to redue them . Well - she did ... i 'm not thrilled at all on how my nails look . When someone starts to do a persons nails they should continue -- and finish the job they started in the first place . I was very happy - until the second girl came over to finish while the first girl went on break . Needless to say --- cause the second girl screwed up two of my nails and the two designs looked good until i saw my two thumb nails - she didn't put enough black design color on my thumb also . I definitely - will not be back . Plus i gave the girl a $5.00 tip cash - that was the first girl who i was pleased with - until she let this second girl takeover . When you start a job - you are supposed to finish the job you started . And complete the job you start - not walk away and let a second girl takeover ......$ 28.00 was my total - for a fill and nail color and design . I won't be back again . Not happy . Disappointed...

I typically visit here with my friend for a girl's day. The nail tech, T, that I'm typically paired with usually gives off an unapproachable and rushed demeanor, but yesterday she was completely unprofessional and rude.

I requested 4 marble nails, but when she did them they were really harsh and looked a bit streaky on one hand. I thought that she was going to let them dry a bit and add another layer to soften them up and pick up more of the mid tones, but when I realized that this was the final look I stopped and kindly asked her if she was able to soften it up before she moved on to add any crystals. When I did this, I was immediately met with attitude. So, I asked my friend sitting beside me what she thought, and she also didn't like the nail and asked if the woman could add a bit more grey. The nail tech then proceeded to give more attitude and even raised her voice in the salon saying that I was "wasting her time."

Needless to say, she has horrible customer service and I would not recommend this place to anyone if you would be paired with her. WE ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE! I will not be returning to this salon and giving them...

I wish I could put zero stars down. I went in there today. And I don’t know the name of the lady who did my nails. I usually don’t go here. Whenever she was using a nail filer she hurt my nails multiple times. I asked her for a light blue color. I even picked out the color and took it in front of her. She comes with a different color. I told her that’s not the color I wanted and then she gives me attitude and then keep on working hard on my nail even though I told her my nails was hurting. I ended up getting a pink nail. My nails are hurting so bad bad right now. My nails are hurting and burning right now. Tomorrow I’m gonna have to go somewhere and ask some other nail tech to remove all of this nails because I cannot do anything with this hurting and burning sensation. I’m going on my nails If you usually go here and likes this please I have nothing to say to you people but then if you’re someone who is new please don’t go in here. They are not nice people. And my nails does not even look good....
