It almost seems like the employees here are trying NOT to sell suits. We had a terrible experience from start to finish. Went to help my boyfriend buy a suit for a wedding. The associate helping us was clueless. We told him upfront that we intended to purchase a suit. He wasted 30 minutes of our time only showing us mismatched rental suits before we got fed up and asked him why he was only showing us limited options that were neither the color or style we wanted, when we could see that there was plenty of other inventory in the store. He seemed surprised that we wanted to buy a suit and was hesitant to show us the rest of the items in the store. He also took extremely haphazard measurements, I genuinely would not have trusted to buy a suit from him because surely it would not have fit correctly. Ultimately we took our business elsewhere and purchased a custom suit that we are very pleased with.

While we were there I also noted another employee helping a father and son pick out a prom suit rental. When the father asked how much it would be to buy instead of rent, the employee answered very rudely and abruptly as if she already assumed he would not be able to afford to buy it. This store is a class act. Suits are fitted for you on the spot. Your personal assistant (Ruben was my assistant) takes you through the store. Picking out colors and fitting you the best he can before the Taylor comes over to fit you.

Then you go over to the table where your assistant has selected shirts and ties that go with the suite. Even socks. Now you don't have to buy any of that upgrade but, everything matches. In my case I went for two ties and the shirts. Suits are two for one. Where in my case with the fitting, tax, shirts and ties brought each to 500.00. A little pricey yes but, the quality is very high. The last time I bought two suits from them was 8 years ago. I wore the last two suits out and they had to be retired. But, I got my monies worth out of them.

I would recommend the Men's Warehouse for anyone looking for a personalized experience. The suits are not cheap but, the quality is on par. You look good and get a garment you can feel good wearing because you know...

Writing this review strictly for the sales associate who helped my fiancé with a new suit yesterday. Andrew was an absolute dream to work with! There were quite a few customers being helped while we perused the store but as soon as he was available, Andrew came right over and began helping us pick out the perfect blue suit. My fiancé hasn’t had a new suit in at least ten years, so it was definitely an exciting endeavor to explore our options. Andrew measured him and knew exactly what worked and what didn’t. Once he hooked him up with the right sizes (and gave us very useful tips on how a suit should measure), he continued to help my fiancé complete the look. We opted for a white dress shirt with colorful flowers (because why he boring?) and Andrew helped us pick out the perfect tie, pocket square, belt, and shoes to tie it all together.
