If I could, I would give them zero stars. I wish I had read the reviews a little closer. I should have been suspicious when they asked me to pay them before they did anything. Also, I could tell they had been smoking weed. I am for legalized pot, but not while you are working! The day I went to talk to them, they offered to get me a rental, but the day I dropped off the van, they declined. They called me 15 minutes prior to them closing to tell me the van was done. I was given grief when I got there because I did not make it there in time as if I am sitting around all day waiting for them to contact me. When I got the van back, it smelled like cigarettes.
Over time, the switch for the door lock on the driver's side failed. I took the van into Ford and they stated a connector for the wiring harness was broken due to the install of the speakers. Ford told me the wiring harness is now faulty and needs replaced. As of this review, they have had the van for 2 days. Who know how much this is going to cost me.
I am contemplating taking them to court.
I truly regret having gone with them. I am now concerned I may have wiring issues in the future.
Very over-priced. Very unprofessional.
MY REPLY to Response from the owner:
First, I am not your "buddy". Again, very unprofessional. You should address me as sir. Your shop installed speakers and an amp in May of last year. At that time (do not know about now), there were cigarette and pot smokers. I am not going to waste my time...
Read moreCUSTOMER WARNING!!!!!! PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE A HIGH OUTPUT ALTERNATOR!!! My husband and I went here to ask if they sold 2/0awg ANL fuse boxes. The owners response was I never heard of 2/0 awg(two-aught) I was told that he's only heard of 0 gauge wire. I'm not sure how you're are in business other than folks just assuming you was a true audio install specialist and know exactly what you're doing. Not knowing ampacity is crazy and dangerous. Lets say I go in to get a audio system installed by you with my jeep wrangler rubicon that has 320amp alternator and you installed a sound system with subwoofers to the back of my jeep with 0 awg wire, you would absolutely cause it to clip, amp to go into protection mode, damaging the audio system and overheating of the wire and melting fuse boxes and worst case cause a autofire. The resistance(ohm)and voltage drop would be dangerously high. By your comments I assume you wouldn't take responsibility and treat customers as if they were the issue. This isn't hating by any means. This is just ampacity one on one. Goes hand in hand with running any wire. Simply google the information i just mention to you. You are clearly putting certain customers audio equipment and vehicles at risk for not knowing exactly what...
