KFC — Restaurant in Indianapolis

🍗I hope 🌈 Corporate sees this entry. #1They don't serve the original secret recipe chicken anymore, though that's what they call it. #2, they no longer serve green beans!!! And #3, sadly, their biscuits are like bricks now instead of the light and fluffy ones. But #4 to infinity, the worst is they ALWAYS screw up the order! ALWAYS! A couple of times, I made huge orders and couldn't go through all of it to double-check. Missing biscuits and green beans back when they still served them and all the amenities even though I asked for them! I asked why they stopped serving their delicious green beans and he said, "People don't eat them anymore." Well, I'm a people and my whole family is too and we love(d) them! So the only veggie now is cole slaw. Sorry, corn 🌽 is a starch as is potatoes. 🍗Which brings me to another point, I always ask for extra gravy. I even reaffirmed with the person at the window, "You put in extra gravy right?" and he said, "yes ma'am". Of course when I got home it wasn't there. And #whatever, they don't ask if you want anything to aid you in eating their food anymore. I can understand them wanting to cut back on just automatically including utensils and napkins and other items. I get that. But it would be common courtesy and thoughtful good service if they just asked, "Do you need utensils or napkins? Do you want anything for your biscuits? How about sauces for your chicken tenders?" But no, they don't say anything to that affect whatsoever. They act like they're a factory and not a human service. You have to think about everything you need at the window. They don't automatically provide anything. And they hand you a box instead of something in a sack. 🍗I'm so hugely disappointed 😞 in what's become of KFC. It used to be my favorite fast food restaurant!!! In fact, years ago, I went on a fasting retreat for a week. When the fasting ended, the first thing I wanted to eat was KFC! It breaks my heart that they have so deteriorated and adding insult to injury, they charge beyond reason!!! We went to KFC tonight me and my beautiful wife she ordered the new chicken and waffles basket basket it's usually comes with three or four chicken tenders and two waffles for 749 or 849 and then I got the five dollar fill up it usually comes with three chicken tenders chocolate chip cookie and mess with halos so as we got home we hurried up and got home so the mill was hot so as we started to open up and eat we noticed we opened up hers first and instead of three or four chicken tenders she got it looks like a one and a half chicken tenders and one small little waffle I also asked for sausage ranch honey barbecue barbecue and honey mustard what we received for sauces was just three barbecue sauces and I am she did get not yet her biscuit and honey and hers or are you moving or long we're going to go ahead and open up my five dollar fill up it usually comes with three chicken tenders mashed Cato's and gravy and a biscuit and a cookie and a soft right so go ahead and open it up and what I have here is one and a half chicken tenders and a half of chocolate chip cookie none of the sauces and mashed...

No matter how few and in between my visits are it is still the same. HORRIBLE. No one greets you when they finally decided to even acknowledge your presence. Doesn't matter if I say WE WILL BE DINING IN I still receive my food in to go containers. Once my order is ready before I can request any condiments employee has now disappeared to the back now I am waiting on them to return so I can request sauce for my "strips" and a spoon to eat my mashed potatoes with. Let's not talk about the ALWAYS DIRTY DINING ROOM, where I have to play pick a table to see which one isn't the filthiest that I can clean off so I may be able to eat. DEPLORABLE. I am all for giving establishments multiple chances in hopes that my previous experience was a fluke BUT TRUE TO FORM it is the same and sadly it is the same at ANY KFC I visit. With that being said.
