I have been with T-Mobile for 7 years. I was with another phone company for 10+ years before I switched over to T-Mobile. The only reason I switched over was because they were no longer accepting BlackBerries, especially since the new ones were requiring a SIM card. I loved the company, but I Loved BlackBerry even more, so I had to find a company that was accepting them, and that's when I found T-Mobile. I've loved T-Mobile's phone and customer service. They really worked with their customers, except now. I would've given them 5 stars all day long, but now. I'm so tired of the letters and text messages telling me that they are dropping 3G, and I need to upgrade my phone. I have a BlackBerry KeyOne Limited Black Edition, which is 4G, not 3G. I Love my phone!!! It's my favorite BlackBerry yet. My phone should still be able to get service. I know that I'm not the only loyal BlackBerry user out here. I feel like they should make exceptions for the latest BlackBerries that their customers still use, especially if they are 4G. I Love my physical keyboard, and the BlackBerry apps that I can still use. It's not fair that society these days force people to make changes. I don't do well with change, nor can I afford to change. They would rather lose longtime customers it seems than to make exceptions. Until they make phones with physical keyboards that are 5G, I will be right here with my BlackBerry, taking my services elsewhere like I've done in the past. I'm tired of people saying "Nobody uses BlackBerries anymore!!!" Yes, we do. I don't upgrade like a lot of other "materialistic" people do just because of the next new phone. I only upgrade if something happens to my...
Read moreBecky was the only one able to get my phone back working. I had been to the sprint repair shop on E Washington twice after apple repaired my iPhone 7 for no service and I talked to sprint over the phone to troubleshoot. The store on E Washington told me I was going to have to send it in for a replacement and pay of course. They tried different sims but I kept telling them it sounds like it just needs to be activated. My phone had been working just fine and I didn’t want to spend money for an issue that could be resolved. I walked in Sprint in Pendleton Way and told Becky what my phone was saying and immediately she said it needed to be activated. She told me to turn of FMiP and within 1 minute my phone was working. I had been with out a phone for 3 weeks trying to get this figured out. My WiFi worked so I was able to text iPhone to iPhone but if I left the house didn’t do any good to have a phone. Thank you soooo much...
