Roses Discount Store — Local services in Indianapolis

This is the 2nd time where I experienced horrible customer service here. The older black lady that I believe is the manager completely embarrassed me. The cashier Teresa that I had was wonderful. However she had missed a tag and the alarm had went off. Me and my husband stopped when the alarm went off. Teresa had checked our bags and there was a tag in a pocket of some shorts. The manager made a comment and said they could have stole what the tag went to and placed them in the shorts really loud. Not even clarifing who “they” was. This experience has definitely ended me ever coming back here and I will definitely be bringing back almost all I purchased here. I spent almost 200, roses WILL NOT ever have my or my families business. I will surely let it be know about how the manger at that particular store is. This place is a dump that's selling defective items for regular price you're better off going to Walmart or somewhere else and getting the real deal. Also watch it because I was overcharged for the same item twice didn't realize until was too late and it was basically my word against theirs. The return policy is also a joke I try to return undergarments that had not been worn we're still in the original package and was told that is against the store policy. That is not what the receipt said and I didn't see that listed anywhere in the store, Walmart would have gladly taken them back I had my receipt and the package was not open. Total hit or miss store. In the past they had a wonderful infant selection, it has gone down hill, but that's not to say that the store is failing, maybe they just haven't received enough product. Their men's, women's, women's plus and children's section are doing well. Just be mindful when purchasing items. Just recently I picked up two panels of curtains. Both panels had the same size listed on the packaging, but one panel was shorter than the other.
