Triad Leasing — Local services in Lawrence

I had a car accident in front of this bussiness. I personally have never and will never set foot in there. After getting my vechile off the road and the other person involved also moving their vechile into the parking lot, a Triad truck pulled in. He got out and proceed to ask us to move our vechiles we were blocking the drive. The drive that was unblocked because he had just drove through it. My car was damaged so bad it was totaled so it was obvious there had been a wreck. We had move our cars out of traffic while waiting to the responding officer. He never asked if we were hurt or if either of us were OK. He never asked if there was anything he could so do help. I can only imagine how awful their customer service is, if that is the way he treat someone after a bad car accident. Wouldn't ever do business there or recommend...

I have been dealing with Triad Leasing for over 25 years. Their merchandise has always been of the highest quality, the best brands and their pricing is comparable. I'm treated with respect and courtesy no matter who waits on me. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable with out being pushy and annoying.

The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that the product you walk out with meets your needs and wants, trust me there's a difference and they know it. They delivery what you ordered (no switcharoo) when they said they would.

I go here before anywhere else and with their 90 days same as cash policy there's no reason not to. I've referred family and friends and would recommend Triad...

First off, my mom has been going to triad since they first opened in lawrence, and she is the reason I, myself, went to them. I have never met a more understanding, caring, respectful group of people than the crew at triad. These people go above and beyond to help their customers, and they treat you more like family, than anything else. Seriously, never go anywhere else but here.
