First off let me say that the new store manager and the guy that works there now have been super helpful. But the higher ups have not been and it’s quite surprising coming from such a huge company…..
Earlier this year I traded in 2 iPhone 12 Pros for (2) 14 Pros. Easy transaction at the time… THEN months down the road they “lose” one phone. Charge me FULL price for the 14 pro as I’m continuing to pay off one of the 12 Pros.
No one could find the tracking numbers or the phones the 1st day. 2nd day they “find” tracking numbers..
AT&T support credited me half the money. The Lawrenceburg store is supposed to credit me the rest. The store manager and the other man that works there says they’ve been doing everything they can to help get my money from the store. But it’s been over a month and every time I’ve called I’ve got the run around and no advances on help..
The “district manager” and “regional manager” aren’t doing anything to help.. Poor service from higher ups. Sad that normal people like me are being screwed over by a company that makes BILLIONS a year. They can’t even assist someone on $1,000.
I’m going to give them one more chance to make it right. But if I don’t get my money that I’m rightfully owed because THEIR employee was doing sketchy stuff in the store.. She got me locked into a great plan and a great phone. The amount of knowledge she was able to give me about the new phone and my plan was astonishing. I am not very good with technology, but she was able to walk me through step by step of the things I needed to do. Read moreThis has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The old manager of this location signed me up for the wrong hotspot plan. The new manager Sam has been trying to correct it but has been ineffective in making anything happen. I’ve paid AT&T over $600 since January for a plan that should have been $90 / month. I’ve now spent over 5 hours of my own time trying to get refunded and on the correct billing. I’m calling AT&T directly now because the store stopped helping me and never followed up with my concerns. When asked they blame a person named Inju who I guess is an area manger that has done nothing to help resolve my issue. BEWARE... they are happy to sell you a service but they will not help...
