Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg Township

DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE!! I came thru the drive thru about a month ago and go some pizzas, which had hardly any sauce. October 2nd, yesterday a new pending transaction came thru on my card for little ceasers lawrenceburg. I hadn't been there in almost 1 month! When I called the store and asked for a manager, a guy with a heavy accent said he was manager. I told him about the charge and he asked my name. When I told him he hung up on me. I called back 6 times and they wouldn't answer the phone, except once to hang it up on me. I let it ring till it stopped each time. I will be contacting corporate and my credit card company. I won't return and I advise anyone goes there, don't use your card or check your statement the next few months because they will steal your money and...

I really wish I could give a zero. Went through the drive through. One lady took my order for two pizzas and a crazy bread. Throws my receipt at me which fell on the ground. Another rude lady tells me to pull around and tgey would bring it right out. This is at 7pm. 38 minutes later and four kids complaining they are hungry I go inside and ask where's our food the secnd lady that told us to pull around I am guessing the manager came up snotty asking me for my receipt and I told her she could go pick it up from the first drive throw lady throwing it at us and it landing outside our car. Where to even begin.... I don't even know why they advertise for Hot N Ready's. I don't think any time I've every been there they have actually had any available. Just like today, I go through the drive thru, waited almost 15 min AT the window for someone to even come over and acknowledge that I was there, I order 3 Hot N Ready's, and 2 crazy bread....and I'm told there will be a 20 minute wait. The guy states they are understaffed and that's why there aren't any ready... yet they NEVER have any ready, and ALWAYS say they are understaffed, not just today, plus the customer service was absolutely horrible, AND then after alllllll the wait, my order ended up being wrong.
