I find this store sometimes frustrating. On August 30, 2019, I made a purchase of $3.35 and used a Hallmark gift card, which had $5.00 on it. I went back the next day and purchased some cards and wanted to use the gift card. The person and her supervisor both said there was no money on the card. I even went back a third time with my first receipt that clearly states "Remaining Balance" $1.65. So never use a gift card at this Hallmark store. I did not receive any money from the card. Some companies just give you the remaining small amount of money just to zero out the card. This is a small amount of money, but it is still frustrating because salespeople do not understand how to correctly ring up sales...

We came in to get stationary for my mother-in-law. To our happy surprise, they were buy one get one free. After deciding which to get, we went to pay, that's when we were told that the ones we picked out weren't included in the sale. So we went back and picked up two different ones. They weren't included either. We asked which were included, and we were told, "I don't know". So instead of actually helping us, we were expected to keep bringing up stationary after stationary to see which were included and which weren't. We ended up putting back everything else that we were going to buy and left the store. So Hallmark missed out on a $60+ sale. I guess you can afford loosing myself and my wife...

Yes this store has all of your holiday ornaments, but what they don't have is customer service. My wife and I were passing through this area on a road trip and we saw the hallmark store and figured it was a great time to stop and pick up our yearly Christmas ornaments since we didn't have our son with us. We went in and as we were browsing I asked the two ladies working there if they by chance had a restroom I could use. They quickly replied no and that I should "walk over to McDonalds" Needless to say though I will continue to buy our hallmark ornaments each year it will for sure never be at this place. I've never met such rude people in...
