Don't waste your time here! My s/o and I went to this store today, and encountered the worst customer service. My phone had gone out, just stopped working, and since I was due for my free upgrade we went to the store to get it taken care of quickly. Ha! The people there plugged our info in and bc my bill was due as of yesterday, they said they couldnt do anything about it until after the bill was paid. (They then just ignored us.) Which would have been fine if it had been true. We called tmobile customer service and they did it all over the phone. All I had to pay was the taxes on the phone, and they then told us not to go to the stores for issues like this, that they will purposely act like they cant help you without payment. It may take a little longer, but save yourself the hassle and just call customer service. Or switch carriers. Still may end...

I can not say enough POSITIVE things about anyone I've encountered. They are friendly, attentive, helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable.
Today, specifically, I dealt with Josh, Eugene, and Billy and they did everything they could, including calling technical support, to resolve my issue.
Additionally, while I was there, an elderly woman came in needing help with her phone and they were so kind to her . . . although anytime I've been in the store, they have always been kind.

She explained its the holidays and I had to bring them in. Next visit was better only 2 kids running amok. Visits 3 & 4, no kids made it easier to communicate. Instead of explaining any features or extras, she would mention them and tell me to call customer service if I had any questions. Sprint had a 30 satisfaction guarantee.
