This is NOT Hardees that we used to go to for a great burgers and fries. The Manager was waiting on people at the counter register, running the drive thru handing money and cards while getting the cold and old food ready for the customers. There were three people inside including myself and two cars in the drive-thru. While I was waiting for my fresh cooked food inside of the store a customer came to the counter and asked if she could have some hot fries, she just got her food. The manager said “if the fries were hot enough she would have to cook them until they’re burnt”. WAIT WHAT? Well after waiting for five minutes or I wanted to wait for hot fresh burgers and fries that I paid for, I got half of my order. Then waited for the rest of my food. My fries where you guess it COLD, OLD & HARD with a bitter taste and the Monster burgers where nasty as well. How can you be out of Sprite on a Friday night? When it cost $20 for two hamburgers a small fries and a small drink you would expect fresh cooked food. What a shame this Hardees no longer has “Customer is ALWAYS right”. Read moreI ordered breakfast online on my way to work to save time. I pulled up to the drive through and she greeted me saying welcome and to give her just a moment. It took them 7-10 minutes after saying that to even acknowledge that I was still there, then told me to pull around. She opened the window and said “we’re working on that” and walked away. Several minutes later, a nice man walked over and handed me my food and asked if I had received my drink yet. Which I had not. So he got me my drink and told me to have a great day. When I finally got to work. Late I may add.. they didn’t have everything in the bag. This is not the first bad experience I have had there.

Read moreWhen I ordered my food (the "new bacon biscuit with fried egg or whatever it's called) the cashier lectured me on how the egg is no different than the egg on other sandwiches (I wouldn't know I had never had Hardee's for breakfast before). Then we waited over 20 minutes for our food. And then I didn't even get the sandwich I ordered. They gave me a sausage biscuit. And I didn't dare ask for the right sandwich considering how long I had already waited. The hashbrowns were cold as it was. Guess it's better than not getting food at all. I would have been fine with waiting. I understand being understaffed. But when you watch countless drive thru customers go thru because they appear to only be worried about drive thru times it's kind of disheartening and I just kept thinking well my food will be fresh and then for it to be wrong and cold.
