Walgreens — Local services in Lawrenceburg

I went there today to pick up my medication 10/23-24/2024. They had part of my medication the 23rd and the lady at the drive-through said come back tomorrow which is the 24th and said we have your rest of your medication ready. We’re waiting for authorization when I went back today. There was a very rude blonde hair, freckle face rude Cashier at the pharmacy. I don’t know what kind of day she’s had frankly you’re not supposed to bring your problems to work. But she was very rude to me and told me that my son did not have his medication there that they never even heard of them. When I told her it was the lady at the drive-through is the one that told me to be here today. The lady walked over and said I’d never seen you before , and had an attitude as well. I think that Walgreens needs to retrain these cashiers, especially in the pharmacy department. I have never been treated so horrible in my whole entire life. These people really think they’re above other people. And I will never shop at their store and I will never get my son’s prescription there ever again. Pharmacy is wrong, they will lie to you..... They will lie to you on the phone just to get you off the phone. They boldfaced lied to me today (Sat 4/11/2020). The girl that lied, knows who she is. She LIED. Don't trust anyone that lies to you, and certainly when it comes to your Rx.

Rude employees when asked about the pharmacy—I don’t think it’s professional to shut down your pharmacy in the middle of the day. People run errands in the middle of the day & there at least should be someone who can hand out medicine that’s already been filled. Of course everyone deserves a lunch break, but when the pharmacy is closed & there's 4 other employees sitting around that’s capable of doing the job, it becomes...
