I had been going here for several years for my pedicure and eyelashes. I would always get my eyelashes done by the same tech nancy who is no longer there which I found out on 8/12 /2023 the day I took the advice of Nina the owner and allowed a new mexican lady she hired to do my eyelashes who she claimed does it just as good as nancy. I assumed she was licensed but after she did my eyelashes it was obvious she wasn't after 5 days the eyeslashes came off so I called the owner Nina and said I did not pay for my eyelashes to get done and come off in 5 days when they usually last 30 days so she told me to come back to get it redone. I came back 8/19/203 when I arrived Nina assured me she would do it right then Nina came in the room while the lady was doing them telling her to put mucho glue which in english means alot. The lady poked me in the eye in the process of putting alot of glue on Nina orders she said sorry my eye was burning I didn"t think nothing of it I am just thinking it was a little irritated from the instalation. So I get my pedicure and my 9 yr old grand daughter nails polished. We left I took my grand daughter to the mall to play trampoline my eyes were burning and watering the whole time I could barely see my grand daughter play by the morning I woke up it was worse it was burning and I had blurry vision so my spouse took me to urgent care I had to have a numbing solution and dye put in my eye this was very painful the results was that I had 2 scratches on my eyeball which is called a Cornea Abrasion my doctor said from getting poked in my eye. I immediately wrote a legal demand letter asking Nina for $10,000 for compensation for my injury traumatization pain and suffering along with the doctor note giving her until Sept 1 st to comply. I am thinking she gave it to her insurance company instead this silly woman have her husband senr me a disrespectful inhumane letter saying I am making false accusations and how nice Nina is I dare her husbsnd or her call this an accusation when I brought proof Nina was not nice she was cold and insensitive and didnt even offer an apology. The letter goes on to say how am I traumatized if I came back to bring the letter with the eyelashes on duh because I paid for them he worried about the lashes instead of worrying about my eye. When I did bring the paperwork the owner Nina said a woman just sued her for alot of money for an eye injury getting her eyelashes done which confirms I am not the first person this happened to which is public record her husband Xuan Quach also said in his letter I have been coming there for years with no complaint yes I have with the same tech there is a first time for everything and this is my first with the new unlicensed mexican girl he was very rude and insenstive to me the victim even saying I should be ashamed for wanting money for my injury no him and his wife Nina should be ashamed of damaging the eye of a long time customer as in every business the customer comes first you or Nina dont care what happened to my eye as Mr. Quach mocked me for getting the fake eyelashes he stated in his letter but my lawyer cares and I am filing a lawsuit so my traumatization of not being able to see properly to work or care for my 9 yr old grand daughter for me to have to take eye drops for 10 days 4 times per day because of Nina tech negligence she will pay and it will be more than $10,000 gauranteed. Nina and Mr. Quach this not a accusation it is the God honest truth. Do not go to this horrible shop if you do not want a Cornea Abrasion in your eye like me horrible company horrible customer service if I could give no stars I will stay tuned for my lawsuit update. Gosh where do I start I really like Nina but the one across from her has issues. I went In at 6:24 I got there I wanted a pretty design she tried to charge me extra for something simple Then I tried to do another design that was easy and she huffed at me and called Nina over asking what I wanted and o said this pic with stiletto nails then I just got the color of it and was irritated the whole time then she started to have an attitude and went to do trash it’s not even 8:00 and I’m the only one there guys. Like if you don’t like your job don’t work. Then speaking mandarin talking about me and giggling and I was heated like come on man I wouldn’t go to the girl across from Nina she has attitude issues and this is the second time dude. The nails were for my birthday too she was lucky I didn’t pop off cause I’m pregnant and I had a lot of composure and they were 50$ I can go to Walmart and get them...

My wife always go here to get her nails and feet done today when she went they did her feet and Nina told her she had two clients to do and she will get her nails next so we waited. After her two clients another lady walked in and Nina just sit her in the chair and began to get started on her nails I quickly reminded her my wife is next you said after your two clients and she look as if she suddenly had amnesia and said nothing and proceeded with the other lady I just politely paid for my wife’s feet and we took our business elsewhere!!!!!!
