Found this place on a Google search. I’m VERY big on reviews and was pleased with what I’d read so I said why not. I had a small simple sterling silver rope bracelet, something very sentimental to me, the clasp part broke. I’ve literally had this bracelet for 21 years, it was a gift from my now deceased Mother. So I wanted it fixed IMMEDIATELY. Call ahead of time and was given a quote of $19.95 but was told to come in just to be sure on the price. Cool, get there and an “older” (couldn’t have been a day over 21 hehe) gentleman was seated watching television as I walked in. He was VERY pleasant and welcoming as he asked me what I needed help with. As I started to explain the issue the other gentleman came from the back and knew it was me he’d spoken with on the phone. Gave him the bracelet and he confirmed the $19.95 and to give him 30 mins to fix it. In the meantime, the original gentleman polished my ring (Was my Mother’s) and my bracelet that contains some of my Mother’s ashes. When I visit places I’m very big on being greeted as I walk in, like I’m a valued customer!! I’ve walked out of places before because of this. I can honestly say from the time I walked in, left and came back it was a BEAUTIFUL experience. Very friendly people, amazing prices, speed of service and excellent work!! I will definitely be back!! Thank you guys.....really made my day seriously!! :)

The guy Jeff he seems OK but he’s not clear and he does not communicate very with customers I came in here to get a necklace turned into a bracelet and anklet initially he told me $47 I come back in he say it’s 65 then he tried to say oh I could’ve charge you 75 but I was trying to give you a break technically you’re not doing mr any favors I could have easily paid $75 he just needed to be clear from the start how much he WAS charge and then when I came in to pay it and was trying to understand the transaction he got a attitude about it and his dad and girlfriend was right there to witness I don’t think that was nice to act that wayy with me. He was having a bad day or whatever the problem was no need to take it out on me that’s not my problem and it’s not good business so I’ll be cautious doing business with this person in...

This place is absolutely wonderful! I had come here a few years ago to get my ring cleaned.... But I came back today to pick up my ring after it had been resized. I paid the amount he quoted me in the beginning, and the ring looks even better than when I had brought it there. Not only did they fix it for an extremely reasonable price so that it fit on my finger that slightly larger than it was, they also cleaned it!! The owner is such a sweet and kind man he gave my daughter lollipop treats and as we were leaving my daughter said that he is a very nice man! If you want your jewelry done right, and easily without any hassle I would absolutely bring it to them! Fantastic store... It was very easy to drop off...
