Maurices — Local services in Lawton

My 13 yr old daugter and I came into this store to gear up for new school year. Going in we were both overwhelmed as we kind of had no idea what we were even looking for AND....we were having trouble finding clothes to try on that weren"t crop tops and booty shorts. We had the best mother/daughter shopping day ever and the staff at Maurices get all the credit!!! They were so helpful and told us about sales/discounts and put pieces together for us we would have never even thought of. My daughter is feeling herself and appropriately dressed! I can't thank the staff enough!!! I know "shopping in stores" is kind of becoming a thing of the past, but for those agencies still operating store fronts....take notes...

First, I want to give the customer service 5 stars, especially the manager (dark curly hair). She was so nice and so helpful and after ordering online, exchanging and then walking out of the store with 4 pairs of jeans, she made the decision easy. The store was clean and organized so well. I gave 4 stores overall, not because of the customer service, but because the jeans are still not working (not her fault), buy she assured me if they still didn't work to bring them back. I may just be in a weird size at the moment, but that's about it. Kudos for her and making experience...

I’ve been to this location in the mall twice. First time was great. The store manager was there with another employee and they were very helpful and nice. Second time, not pleasant at all. Dark haired cashier was extremely rude and didn’t want to be bothered at all very clearly. I will just order online from their website from now on.

ETA: Rudness must be a huge issue with Maurices employees because a blonde girl working by herself was extremely annoyed by having to check out someone the other day when I was there. They need to clean house of the ones with...
