I went here to find out my exact dress size and to order the prom dress I wanted. I know that generally I wear either a size 4 or 5, I just wanted to make absolutely sure since I was dishing out 400$ for a dress that had a no returns policy. A staff member put me in a dress and said my dress size was 8, I found that very odd, I asked her if she was sure and she said yes. So then I asked if i could try on a mermaid style dress, to get an idea of how the dress I was ordering would look on me. She put me in a size 6 dress that had a built in corset, it fit pretty well, a little loose but not too bad. So again I thought it was really odd that they told me I wore a size 8. I wanted to find the lady that put me in the dress but I couldnt, so I just decided to put faith in her that she was right and ordered the dress i wanted as a size 8. The dress came in fast, but it was in bad shape. Not only was it too big, it was fraying with strings popping out of every corner, jewels were popped off and were continuing to do so. Getting ahold of a staff member in that building was impossible. I managed to get someone's attention, as I was trying to tell her what was wrong she just walked away while I was in mid sentence, to talk to another coworker and make jokes n such. The only person who bothered to talk to me was the alteration lady. She looked at my dress and gave me stupid reasonings to why my dress came like it did, it obviously an attempt to cover a coworker's butt. Since this was a few weeks after I ordered the dress, they had the same one on display, it was a size 4 and she put me in it and of course it ended up fitting and we traded dresses. And I should mention there were no apologies of any sort, not from the lady who told me my dress size wrong or not from the one who completley ignored me when confronted with my problem.

Overall, that was a big hassle. If they wouldnt have had the same dress on display, I would have had a dress 4 sizes too large and falling apart. Not too mention it costing 400$ and with no way of returning it. The staff is rude, too busy chattering among themselves and running around as of their head was cut off. You get better service in Debs or Dillards for half the price. I will never go to this place ever again and I will most definitely make sure that my friends and family won't make the same mistake in...

I went here to see about finding a wedding dress. When I came in the lady at the counter was on the phone and also doing something on the computer. She never even looked up or said anything to me and continued to talk on the phone. I waited around for almost 15 minutes and looked at the few dresses they had hanging in the store (none of which were wedding dresses, or anything close to a wedding dress) she finally got off of the phone but was still doing something on the computer and STILL didn't acknowledge me. (She and I were the only two people in the store) I came up to the counter and stated that I was looking for a wedding dress. She explained that she didn't have any in stock. She had sold all that she had and would have to order more. I tried showing her some pictures of the type of dresses I would like to try on. She showed me pictures on the computer and in a catalogue of dresses that she could order, none of which were even remotely close to the style I showed her. She went on trying to coax me in by saying her prices were much cheaper than the one bridal shop that is in town and gave me examples of what some of the dresses would cost, still ignoring the style I was going for. Needless to say I did not give this store my business. The other Bridal shop in town is more expensive but that lady actually showed interest in me and listened to what I wanted and had a huge selection of bridal gowns and accessories as well as...

I don't even give one star they ordered the wrong color vest and tie then the one that we originally picked out and paid for they tell us on Friday the day before prom that they don't have the one in his size that we originally order so he had to settle for one. It did not come in till 3 hours before prom Then we did not get the cuff links that we paid for and all they would say is we have the display vest and tie you can try but it won't fit him what good is that. Then they call me 45 minutes before they close to tell me it was due back today when my son went by their and no one was their for him to turn it in. Now they want a late fee of $50 and told me they will take it off my card even though I didn't authorize that. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THEIR AGAIN. The worst experience ever. I will not ever...
