20 NM Sheridan Rd, Lawton, Ok. 73505 Store was clean, restrooms were clean. There were so many different items in the store, Oh yes I finally found some lamp shades that I didn't know existed. Rectangular cube kind of. I've been buying round ones for years. My brother gave me some two headed elephant lamps way back 1978. And I've replaced with round, (that is what came with the lamps). But today I found what I've always looked for. This store is a great bargain outlet that has, candy, books, those plastic storage containers for food, also has dishes, silver ware, heavy like our daughter likes, but waiting till she comes down again for her to pick which ones she likes. also has garden stuff, potting soil, lawn chairs. Floor rugs (now those are beautiful). It's not just a small bargain outlet it is a very good size. And the lady that helped me, she was busy but stopped to help me. I think we will be...

I want to give a huge shoutout to Walter, who went above and beyond to resolve an issue for my grandmother. Despite corporate giving me the runaround for months and refusing to assist properly, Walter handled everything professionally when I finally got to the store.

Unfortunately, corporate completely dropped the ball—they were dismissive, unprofessional, and repeatedly placed the burden on me (a non-customer) to fix their mistake instead of working directly with my elderly grandmother. Their poor communication made the situation far more complicated than it ever needed to be and even created an awkward dynamic when I arrived at the store.

If you have an issue, skip corporate and go straight to Walter. He was patient, professional, and ultimately the only reason this was resolved correctly. Corporate, take notes—this is what real customer...

The options in this store are pretty good. The quality of the items can be a little hit or miss but that's not completely there fault given the type of store it is kind of implies that what they are going to get is a little all over the place which is part of the fun of going. The main reason I didn't give the last two stars is the customer service was really shaky. When i asked one person a question about the carpets in the back they looked a little annoyed to be bothered and the person checking us out at the front was kind of disturbing and a little off putting.
