I won't ever go back to Mr Mac again. Layton Mr Mac used to be my go-to store. The only good employee they had, was let go the end of 2020. I've been back 5 times in the last year, and left frustrated each time. I try to be patient and allow for multiple experiences before condemning, but the sales people are terrible. They don't seem like they wanna help very badly. The last 4 times has felt like pulling teeth, trying to get them to help me. They're polite, but I have to ask them over & over for assistance. 3 of those 5 times, I was the only customer in the store. Even more frustrating is their apathy toward resolving issues. You ordered in pants from another location for me, then sold them before I picked them up. It took me a week to come back in for them, but you have my phone number. Call me and ask. Also, offer to order the pants again for me. Or find another color in my size. Or do SOMETHING instead of just stand and look at me blankly. Help me buy some clothes...

At the time of purchase the salesman repeated multiple times that my suit will have free lifetime alterations. Well, that was a lie.
After wearing my suit pants I quickly realized they needed to be taken in. I took them into the store, and from the moment I walked in I could tell the manager wasnāt interested in helping me. First, he lectured me on not having my suit dry cleaned immediately before I brought it in. It took me a while to convince him that the suit was brand new, but I finally did. Unfortunately, it didnāt matter because āWe donāt cover that alteration. Weāll have to charge you for that.ā I left very frustrated and they didnāt seem to care at all.
In the end, I regret buying my suit at Mr. Mac. Next time Iāll try to find a suit shop that keeps their word, and values...

When we arrived to pick them up, the pants could not be found. After several minutes of searching, they finally found them. They had wrongly been placed in alterations for the 26th instead of the 16th. Our pick up date was Saturday morning, when they do not have a tailor on-site. To their credit, they found a tailor, took them TO the tailor and brought them back to their location in plenty of time for the dance.
