Really enjoyed our experience here for Brunch on 3/7/2020 for the Grand Opening! The wait was a little long, but they were slammed. It was as expected for a grand opening. Tables were filling as fast as they were opening. The atmosphere inside is very on theme and very modern. I'm sure this place will be instagrammed lots. There are many "insta-worthy" photo ops inside. Now let's get to the real stuff: THE FOOD. The pricing is egg-cellent. (B'dum tssss) My husband ordered the breakfast burrito. Price: 8.95. Served with choice of hash browns or Cajun potatoes. He also had a choice of meat for inside the burrito- ham, bacon, or sausage. He chose ham. The burrito is HUGE! It was cooked very well and tasted very good. The hash browns were good, but definitely needed salt/pepper. Cheese woulda been awesome on them too. I got my go-to old faithful breakfast- Biscuits and Gravy Breakfast. (Called B & G Breakfast on their menu) Price: 7.95. Served with an egg and choice of sausage, bacon, or ham. I requested my egg be cooked over-medium and chose bacon. Now let me preface this with, I was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama; by parents also born and raised in the Deep South. Biscuits and Gravy are a lifestyle down here. I have found places outside of the Deep South that serve decent B & G, but not any in Utah yet. So many places advertise Southern Style biscuits and gravy and they just leave something to be desired. Scrambled, however, is different. They serve Biscuits and Gravy, but they are not advertise them as Southern Style. That doesn't always mean anything though. When mine showed up at our table, it was blatantly obvious that these biscuits and gravy were not even attempting to be southern style. It was refreshing. When I took the first bite, I looked at my husband and said- "they're surprisingly good. The only reason I like them though, is because they are their own kind of Biscuits and Gravy. They're not trying to be something they aren't." The gravy had green onions atop it and kind of a hint of a hollandaise taste to it. It was good in way I have never had biscuits and gravy to be before. The biscuit- was also not a buttermilk fluffy style biscuit you would think of in Southern Style B & G, but something more like the love child of a biscuit and an English muffin. Very tasty, very unique. The bacon- was THICK breakfast bacon and cooked to perfection. The egg, while definitely just barely over-medium, was great. The outside was fried to a perfect golden crispiness while the yolk was still perfect for dipping the bacon into. We will definitely be back. We are dying to try their scones- each one that came out of the kitchen looked enticing. Lastly, to touch on the service. Employees were happy and helpful. What more could we need?! They all appeared to be working hard and loving what they were doing. They were friendly with the customers and seemed to have great camaraderie with each other. 10/10 will definitely dine at...
Read moreIt smells really good. The food looks and tastes great. My gripes are not with the food at all, but rather with the experience of getting in and seating. The parking lot is too small for the amount of business that is being done. Although I’m sure this was not the case when it first opened, I would recommend relocating to accommodate the influx of customers. The drive thru creates additional traffic since it blocks in people who are parked. So if you’re going to go, be mindful of limited parking and limited seating. Let’s talk about the seating….it’s children's height. The tables are incredibly short. It’s not a comfortable eating experience. I’m still not sure how to feel about everything being disposable. And I mean everything. The plates are paper, the utensils and cups are plastic. Im not sure if this is due to Covid accommodations or a lack of staff to do the dishes, but it’s a bit odd. Not good, but not bad. It just feels like I ran into my moms house to take a plate home. I don’t know if that’s the vibe they are going for, but it’s certainly different. Overall, the staff is friendly and the food is really good. I think I would just order take out since that’s the feeling I get from dining in anyway. Oh and ask for salt if you get the Cajun potatoes.

We ate breakfast here last week, it was really great! Menu is satisfyingly well rounded, there are sweet & savory options for everyone. The food tasted really fresh, nothing fake included. They sanitized each table, after it was cleaned, which I appreciate. Considering all restaurants are mandating masks right now, but doing ZERO due diligence about their own responsibilities towards the public as it is reflected in cleanliness/sanitation, including restrooms where we know is the most likely location for virus transmission. A++ This place is only open for breakfast & lunch, but they have a drive through. Its not super close to our home, but we will be back to try everything!
Update We've now been back 4 times, one of those times in the drive-thru. This is one of those places that puts chilies or jalapeños in everything. We are not fans, at all. We asked, specifically, if the biscuits & gravy had anything unusual in them-any spicy ingredients- and we were told it was just traditional gravy. Not so! The gravy has green chilies in it. It was not spicy at all, but the green chili flavor was the most prominent flavor profile. We've ordered many items now and know what to avoid. The food is fresh, so that is good, but if you don't like spice, just ask a lot of questions about ingredients, and hope your server is really familiar...
