I want to be clear that this rating is only for the condition of the building—not the providers inside, in which mine is wonderful. The physical condition of the facility is honestly pretty distracting. It’s hard to focus during appointments when you're constantly noticing things that need repair. Some areas feel neglected, and instead of being able to relax or stay present during therapy, I find myself thinking about how I could probably fix things better myself. I’ve seen all tenants here having to use fans to keep their areas cool. It’s beyond ridiculous, not okay for patients, and shows the lack of care from Gardiner Leasing LLC.
