I want to be clear that this rating is only for the condition of the building—not the providers inside, in which mine is wonderful. The physical condition of the facility is honestly pretty distracting. It’s hard to focus during appointments when you're constantly noticing things that need repair. Some areas feel neglected, and instead of being able to relax or stay present during therapy, I find myself thinking about how I could probably fix things better myself. It's not meant to be rude, just an honest reflection. I really hope some updates or maintenance are made, because the care provided here deserves a space that reflects the same...

Lots of high grade fruit, vegetables and meat, all surprisingly reasonably priced. Mexican oriented foods predominate. I purchased a few things I needed, but next month I plan to do my major shopping there. Store is kept clean and is well stocked. I love Mexican food and cook it often and I have been very favorably impressed with this operation. I needed molasses and could not find it so I asked an employee. He couldn't find it either so he immediately got a supervisor who knew where the molasses was and showed both of us. Will do...

As a patient to one of the practices here. I’m beyond appalled by GARDINER LEASING LLC for not keeping proper maintenance of the HVAC system of this building. I’ve seen all tenants here having to use fans to keep their areas cool. It’s beyond ridiculous, not okay for patients, and shows the lack of care from Gardiner Leasing LLC.
