Collard Jewelers just opened less than a mile from my home. My wife's watch needed some links removed and I took it in to them. After walking in under their Grand Opening sign, I was greeted by the owner. I left the watch and was promised next day delivery. I got a call from them stating that the rear seal on the watch was bad. She told me that since it was discovered while in their possession, they would replace it at no charge. They had to order the seal and said it would be a week. I got a call a day early and went to pick up and they indeed only charged for the link removal.
