Saladworks — Local services in League City

I want to start by saying this review is not meant to blame the employee who helped us... it was clear he was doing his best but simply hasn't received the training or support he needs. My partner and I ordered grilled chicken Caesar wraps, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The employee barely greeted us, had to reference a laminated sheet for ingredients, and when we asked which wraps were which (wheat vs. white), he didn't know. The lettuce looked old and was already browning. He struggled to wrap the food properly... one wrap required two tortillas just to hold together, and the other was so poorly wrapped that it completely fell apart when I opened the box, forcing me to eat it with a fork like a salad. At one point, he even had to pull out his phone to watch a video on how to wrap it. To make matters worse, none of the fountain drinks were working. Overall, the issue isn't the employee... it's management. Saladworks needs to step up with better training, fresher ingredients, and working equipment. Until then, I find it hard to recommend...

I came in wanting to order a salad. It was my first time in so I told the guy and asked if it was kind of like salada. He said yes and that the prices were $1 less on the board. So I start to order alongside my wife. I make it with the base salad then there for 6 toppings which I chose 4 from although they didn’t look super fresh. Went to the next section which I started naming off toppings and he told me I could only have 5 total and everything over that is 1.50 each. Ummm that’s crazy. But whatever. I’ll take my 5 average toppings and get my tofu. Once I asked I was told there was none. As a vegan I enjoy eating the rainbow and getting all of my nutrients through food. So no protein and 5 of the tiniest scoops…. No thank you. I drove to salada which was on my route and ate what would’ve been a $50 salad at saladworks for only $14! Not only was it delicious but it was super fresh. The overhead for this salad was probably $2-3. Do better Saladworks! I will never come here again or recommend...

I stopped by Saladworks and I was genuinely impressed. The food was absolutely delicious – every bite tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients; the vegetables were crisp, the proteins were flavorful, and the dressings tasted homemade.

The staff was another highlight. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and patient while I customized my salad.

And for how fresh and well-portioned everything was, I thought the prices were very reasonable. You get great value for your money, especially considering how healthy and satisfying...
