Willie did an amazing job! He’s extremely professional and knowledgeable.

He helped us mount an 83” TV in our home theater. I called him when our TV arrived and he came over the same day (completely unexpected and wonderful)! He set things up perfectly. He clearly has a ton of experience doing this, and tested the TV out before hanging it. He walked me through how to use the mount for the TV and involved me in the setup so that I know how everything is organized in the home theater. Willie also hooked the TV up to the surround sound system and even tested out the speakers for me.

If we ever look at upgrading the sound system or making other changes in the theater, you better believe Tha Media Room will be...

We lost power in our Neighbourhood and when the power came back my surround sound was not surround sounding 🤷‍♂️. I researched surround sound technicians in my Neighbourhood and the only person came up was The Media Room I called twice got no answer but on the very next day Mr. Willie called and I explained to him to the situation so he said to me grab the remote and press music. Problem solved. The thing is I am quite sure any other company would’ve come for a house visit and charge me a bunch of money. Mr. Willie did not. He actually made my day. Willie and Quincy went above and beyond 2 years ago when they first installed and hooked up all our media equipment (security cameras, speakers, media center, WiFi repeaters, etc), and exceeded my expectations recently with a small repair. They are quality people who do quality work! Willie recently helped optimize our WiFi since it’s getting more traffic with us working from home...he identified a switch that was not quite right, replacing it under warranty, and took the time to ensure all our equipment gad it’s firmware updated.
