I found Flawless Diamonds by accident and it’s been the best thing that ever happened in my search for an engagement ring. I shopped all the other stores you would think of, from large chain retailers to online wholesalers to smaller family owned shops. None of them provided the selection, service and price of Florencia at Flawless. She was very patient with me and went through ring styles, settings, materials, loose stones and everything else you’d imagine. At the end of the day, I selected an amazing loose Diamond and made a custom hybrid of two styles for the setting. Florencia provided great communication and progress updates and the ring was done within about a week. It looks absolutely amazing.

She has all the certified diamonds in all the shapes (after you have a quick consultation with her) she’ll let you look at the stones under magnification and explain the differences in color, cut, clarity, etc. The last thing I would say is that she was respectful of my budget and didn’t try to oversell me. She provided a better stone and setting than the other stores at a better price. After the sale she follows up with insurance and the certification and appraisal paperwork.

By all means, shop other stores like I did, but 100% set up an appointment with Flawless. You won’t regret it and your soon to be bride will be amazed...
