I picked up chicken from this location on my way home after work. And went inside to place my order and spent $60.61. When I got home, wife checked the bag and told me about missing roll and being overcharged was overcharged for fries. We had company over for dinner and one of our guests found hair in the batter. So that was a turn off for everyone. Put all chicken back in box and my wife when over to Popeyes and picked up chicken. While on her way she had called Chicken Express and asked for Manager and a young girl answered and all she was sorry and didn’t offer anything. So next day she called and spoke to general manager and he told her to call the number at the bottom of receipt. Owner answered and he said he would only give $25 dollar credit. She proceeded to explain having spent more money to get chicken elsewhere then he stated he would do full refund. He told he usually doesn’t do but under the circumstances he would just to take a picture of receipt and send it to him. Which I heard him say because she had him on speaker. So All weekend she checked for refund. Nothing.. so she call the owner again on Monday morning. But when he answers, he had asked her to remind him again about the situation, because he gets so many calls about people complaining (which sent a red flag in her mind set).
