When I showed up, I the customer rep that I was in an extreme hurry because I was on vacation and didn't bring shoes but ended up getting a job interview where I needed shoes. She understood and actually ran while going back and forth for three different pairs of shoes. She helped me put on socks and shoes, made recommendations, and ultimately gave me everything I needed.
