We had a late lunch and we waited quite a bit of time, but noticed only 2 workers helping customers, so no big deal. When it was our turn to order, the young man who helped us was very polite, but boy did he take his sweet time. There was many customers behind us but no sense of urgency, even to finish our orders. He walked away from us mid order, twice. I asked the second young man if he could finish our order so he came over and finished, but also extremely slow. Right before we were done, there was a power outage. Power came back on immediately, but the system had to reboot. We were left again for a third time. The panic among the team was real. 3 employees ok their phones trying to figure out what to do with a line of about 6 families, no one being served or even talked to. The ingredients are fresh.
The dressings and dips are super flavorful.

It was just barely anything whereas my boyfriend got a chicken bowl and his was piled high. Yet we paid the same, and I know vegetables cost less than meat.
I’m not too mad at it because at least there’s a place for me to go if I wanna go out to eat which I rarely do because there’s just not a lot of options for me out there.
I’ll be...

The store was clean, modern, and well-organized, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout the process. It’s clear they care about both food quality and customer service.
The only downside? The portion size is a bit smaller compared to places like Chipotle. It’s still satisfying, but if you’re really hungry, you might notice the difference.
Overall, CAVA is a solid choice for a fresh, flavorful, and healthy meal – just be aware that you may not get the same volume as other...
