Literally the most god awful establishment I’ve ever visited. Thought I stumbled into the local dumpster but no, it was just the Subway. The customer service was horrid, not to mention the sandwich. I bet a starving, homeless person would avoid going to that subway if he knew what was up.
The owner must be slowly running out funds considering the store is always lacking veggies and has the same 3-4 employees, that are there 24/7. I’ve been there a couple of times and it hasn’t improved whatsoever. One time I got my sandwich and the worker used the SAME knife to close mine, my friend’s and the next person’s sandwich. Very unsanitary ngl.
Today, I walked in and they told me that they don’t take cash because apparently they just hate coins? Idk. One of the workers kept talking about it and bothering me as if I was his therapist or something. The other worker wore gloves and made my sandwich pretty well (which is very surprising) but wouldn’t listen to my actual order so I had to say it multiple times. The worker then asked my friend what cheese she wanted and she said provolone. The employee then proceeded to say “so American?” And grabbed the American cheese. I thought she was deaf but apparently no, she just decided to ignore our order because apparently provolone cheese was not her friend.
She made the rest of our order and we went to pay. That’s when I made the greatest mistake of my life and asked for a cookie. By that time, the worker had already taken her gloves off. Sadly, she decided to forget the tongs and grab my cookie with her bare hands with the words “I promise my hands are clean” and an innocent smile. Needless to say that cookie ended up in the trash.
Anyways, the restaurant itself was clean and the sandwich was delicious, so honestly I’m not super upset. Never going there again tho! Don’t visit unless u wanna get a bacterial infection and perhaps...

When I went that time with my fiancé, one of the employees was loudly complaining (and cursing) about how he hates working there and he's ready to quit. My review today is not going to be a breakdown of that experience, but that was so uncomfortable we decided we will never sit inside there again. Today's experience was a straight up JOKE! I walk up to the front and 2 employees look at me and say absolutely nothing for a good 3 minutes. Finally, they let me know that there was an online order placed and they'll be right with me. They were not right with me, they moved SO slow! Literally picking up one piece of turkey meat at a time, unfolding it so slowly, then placing it down. In the meantime, another employee walks up (his name was Bobby) and he just stood there, arms crossed, staring off into space. Why couldn't he start making my order? Why didn't the employees communicate that to him? The best part is, they all looked and acted like they were possibly under the influence. I wish I were joking, but it's pretty weird when all 3 of them had glazed red eyes, the giggles, acted spacey, and moved SO slowly with no sense of urgency. I appreciate when I go somewhere and can tell the employee is trying to provide quality service, but these 3 acted like they were straight chilling and did not care about the line piling up behind me whatsoever. Also, Subway used to cut open a fresh avocado and slice it on...now they mash it up into a watery/soupy paste and scoop it on? It tasted old and gross. I'm literally never going to this...
Read moreNot sure why they have this location open. 11/19/2024: Visited for lunch to get veggie sub Pick up order. I went there a little early so that i can make sure they do it right. STORE MANAGER BRANDON. He is very rude. STORE MANAGER has no clue when the bread was made. I specified the reason as to why i wanted to know when it was made, to which he replied (his actual words) "i just came in this morning and not sure when the bread was made. Well is it not the store managers responsibility to know this? what if i was given an expired bread? Health code violation right there. They did not have Lettuce and olives and they were out of stock. (How can a location sell veggie sub, when key ingredients are out of stock) He added just 8 leaves of spinach on a foot long sub Was stingy to add extra veggies. Asked him to cut the sub into two while packing for which the Manager replied (his actual words) "We always do that and we already had that conversation". Not sure why subway employs such rude people. When one orders a veggie sub, please change the gloves. No discounts offered for the missing ingredients which i wanted on my sub.
Wish i could give half star. If this continues Subway will have to close this location.
Never going back to...
