If you want to save your time, energy and money please SAVE YOUR SELF and DO NOT GO TO this STORE.
On our first visit to this store, we were there from 4 hours to just buy new phones and port over our numbers sitting at the same table with their employee. Whatever they did our phones, both of your phone including calling and data was suspended for more than 24 hours. They miss spelled my name, also shipping address for new phones were incorrect.
Second visit to the same store, took us 1.5 hours to rectify the mistake they made on our first visit. Just to correct my name on the account, add my husband's name on the account.
Third visit we made, we had an argument with Tony, who couldn't answer our basic questions about how trade-in value would be applied. HE said call 611 number , I DO NOT KNOW how your $500 amount would go towards your credit. Mr Samuel who was helping another customer threatened us to call cops. Samuel already argued with the customer he was helping. I heard him say "anyone can wear T-mobile shirt and can sell you anything". whatever that customer was dealing with ...Samuel said "it was a fraud"..that was his literal words.
TONY refused to call customer care on behalf of us. BASICALLY he was standing there starring us. HE WAS not willing to help. Meanwhile, Samuel said COPS would be here to escort us...
WE asked for our own phones back and they said they can't even do that. They can't answer any billing questions. Their system doesn't show anything. ARE THESE T-MOBILE Employees?
TONY And Samuel both said we don't know who setup your account and we can't help you basically. JUST so you know, all of these people are from the same store.
If there are negative stars I would give millions for this store and...
Read moreWe came to T-Mobile to buy an iPhone. We were greeted immediately and put on a wait list with just one other person in front of us. There were three employees, but only two customers being helped. We waited a VERY long time. Ultimately, I asked if we could buy the phone and leave, without any support to transfer lines, set it up, etc. They said we could, but that we would need to use the app. Trying to navigate the app was a nightmare. Searching for products was painful. Ultimately, it took so long for me to find accessories, our turn came up. Interestingly, all the employee did was use our phone and our app to purchase the phone and accessories…explaining that T-Mobile wants customers to know that AI can help them — and will be moving towards not having humans in the store. We paid for the phone/accessories in full — and the employee that helped us was friendly and helpful. The store is clean! But…I had to use the restroom desperately, as I gave birth to a huge child and don’t have much lead time on the emergency that is at hand. I asked to use the restroom, but the employee told me it’s for employees only. I risk peeing all over everything ….. we spend $1000+ … and they wouldn’t let me use the restroom…while we wait for the phone to transfer. How disappointing. It’s fine to have an employee-only restroom, but not having a restroom for your customers?! That’s not okay. While at the store, my husband saw one of their display phones was swollen — like the battery is SWOLLEN. We bring it to the employees’ attention and none of them seemed very concerned that the battery could catch fire at any moment. It was an interesting experience, to...
Read moreAVOID THIS STORE AND SPRINT- THEY KNOWINGLY RIPPED US OFF $990!!!!! We found out last week ( from someplace else) that the great contract, a 'flex lease,' was never going to allow us to own our phones. Instead we were renting, which answers the question why our bill was always so high and the same amount every month. We also found out that they are not allowed to do them anymore because they are criminal. I wish that this store, specifically Daniel (and Christian), would have been honest and told me this. Instead, they continued to lie and convince me that there were refunds coming, that my bill would be better, and that we would end up owning our phones. I completely trusted them and that is my fault. I should have known better. It cost us $990 dollars to 'buy' our phones and our contract. We have been paying $400 a month for 2 years and that never changed. My husband had an old phone- so did my son and MIL. We could never figure out why we still owed money on them and when we asked this store, they never had any answers for us either other than to call Sprint ourselves. I do not know how people, and a company, like this can feel good about lying to someone while looking directly at them- over and over again. It is shameful, criminal, and disgusting behavior. I am completely appalled that this continued over the amount of time it did, but I know I had a part in it too. However, when I tried to resolve it, many times in this store, I was told lies over and over again. Everyone should know this happened and completely avoid this store and Sprint in general. I would never want this to happen to...
