UPS in Leander,Tx is the worst! On Dec.16th my husband went to this UPS location, which we have used many times, and had 2 packages to mail. He had printed out the labels at home. They had a new employee which took the packages in the back who said she would tape them to the respective packages. My husband said wait. They are not taped on. The manager stopped her and told her you put them in a clear pouch which goes on top. Then my husband went back again and had 2 more packages mailed. One to a different address in Ohio and one to Maryland. Well, they put the wrong labels on 3 of the 4 packages. They put the one going to Ohio on the package for Washington state and vice versa.They put the one that was suppose to go to Maryland with a duplicate label of the Ohio one. When we found out my husband went back to UPS and actually spoke to the owner who said she would take care of it just bring in the receipts. The manager told us to have the people who received the packages in error to overnight them to the correct people. No problem, we did it and all was well. We actually did not over night them in order to save UPS money. My husband went into UPS today and they now refuse to reimburse us. The manager is now saying it was our fault not their employees. My husband asked asked to speak with the owner and was told she was out sick. He asked the manager to have the owner call him and he refused. This is terrible customer service! We will never use UPS again. Any UPS. This manager and owner refuse to live up to their promise. They have turned us against ALL UPS's. I have notified my family and friends and warned them not to use this UPS location because it is owned and run by unethical people .I will make sure that this is posted on all social media sites so no one has to go through what we went through. We are also filing a complaint against this location and the owner with the Better Business Bureau and UPS...
Read moreI was at the UPS store. My first impression of customer service etiquettes... could be better. I feel communication skills could be stronger and more clear. All I heard was a "mumble" from the young lady that addressed herself to me.
I stood by the main counter, waiting for help. I finally asked someone for help and the young lady said she had asked me,...like I said, all I heard was a "mumble".
