I arrived at this location at 4:35pm and saw the line all the way around the building and back to where the window is. My significant other really wanted Starbucks so I wasn’t going to leave.
They have a sign out front that says they’re open (referring to the lobby), there was no sign on the door stating that the lobby was closed either. So due to the line being so long I parked and was going to go in but the door was locked. The employees didn’t say anything nor gesture in any way that the lobby is closed. No big deal right with COVID and all?
So I got in line prepared to wait a while (not because they are slow but solely because of the length of the line). And I wait, and wait, and wait. Finally it’s my turn to move up to the order screen @ 5:03pm and I was greeted with the employee stating that “they have closed for the night and to please come back tomorrow.” I told the employee that I had been in line for 25 minutes and had tried to come inside but that they locked the door early and could you please serve me as I felt this is really unfair. The employee repeated that “they are closed.”
I frequent this location quite often due to the distance from my house but I assure you I will NEVER come back here again. I as well am going to research what locations the franchise owner owns and will not give those stores my money either.
I worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years so I am very forgiving for many things of restaurants be it mistakes, taking a while etc, not a big deal. But the blatant disrespect of the people who allow your store to remain open by frequently being a patron is entirely unacceptable!
I have purposely not included the employees name as I do not wish him losing his job when I assume he was under the direction of the manager or shift leader on duty of which I do not know their name.
If you have made it this far thanks for your concern and I hope you correct this behavior by your...
Read moreI literally order a double smoked breakfast sandwich got it thru drive thru opened the sandwich up and the bacon was not crispy at all it was under cooked so I parked my truck and went inside wait in line then it was my turn to be received at the register so I show the young lady the uncooked bacon and I said I can't eat this it's not cooked she preceded to tell me that all the sandwiches are precooked and all they do is warm them up so I replied well that's fine but I can not eat uncooked bacon so and again she tells me that the bacon is cooked even though you can clearly see its uncooked so then she says well we can open the sandwich and cook the bacon longer if I would like. And I replied yes that would be great. So she turns to her coworker who cooking the food a tells her to make me another one but fails to explain that I want the bacon actually cooked so less than a minute goes by and then the girl hands me a new sandwich so I'm thinking hmm this can't be right I've been cooking bacon for probably 35 years of my life and never cooked bacon in less than a minute. So I opened the sandwich standing there and Imagine my surprise when hence they hand me another raw bacon sandwich so irritated. As I should be $6.25 less in my wallet. I headed for the door and I threw it in the garbage. Definitely do not recommend going to this place. If you can't even fix a sandwich how can...
Read morei like this location a lot. i think the other reviews complaining about drinks don't realize that during rush hour mistakes can be made. any time i've ever had an issue with my drink (which has only happened a few times in the years i've been coming to this location) the baristas are happy to help fix the issue. everyone is very kind and talkative, and the baristas make an effort to remember you. only complaints are that it's always freezing inside the store (might just be me, i'm cold blooded) and that half the outlets in the store don't work. not the barista's fault, but pretty annoying having to choose my seat based on where i can be plugged in. everything else is good. the drinks are overpriced, but that's a starbucks thing, not a location thing. if you're coming in to sit and work or want your specific frapp, it's pretty good. this has been my main starbucks for years and will probably...
