My family and myself signed up for service with MetroPCS in Lebanon, IN on 02/18/2018 at 2:54pm. We could not receive or send text messages from anyone outside of our plan. I called customer services and spent 5.5 hours trying to remedy the situation. I went into the Lebanon, IN store and attempted to have the problem remedied, I asked to return the phones and cancel my services due to the inability to receive/send text messages. I was told I could not when it clearly stated I have 7 days to do so. I was denied access to contact a district manager about the service problem and being treated rudely by the...

Yes I gave any Metro T-Mobile a 5 stars I maybe coming by to finally turn my phone back on I got it back in 2022 and it's not that old it may need upgrade I was suppose to get a new phone but I have been waiting days to receive it and if it's not here no later than Wednesday I will be in to have it turned back on I know I had the unlimited plan it was $60 but then it may have went up I hope it has not if so I...
