Culver’s — Restaurant in Lebanon

Bought 2 sundaes at the drive thru here recently. They gave me a number and I waited 10 minutes for my ice cream. When it finally came out it was half melted. I went back thru the drive up and asked to have it remade. They had me pull forward and some kid with attitude at the window tried to tell me the ice cream had melted because of the toppings. Never mind that the sundaes sat at the counter for 10 minutes before they were delivered. No more Culver's for me. I'll drive to Fundaes in Whitestown instead. Better ice cream, and definitely better service.

5/2021 update... I made the mistake of giving this location another try. Stay away... everything is sub par. Lousy ice cream, lousy service. Make the drive to Brownsburg. It's much better.

9/16/23 update... I was out shopping today and thought I would give Culver's one last chance. What a mistake! I bought a large Turtle Sundae and paid $8.00 for it. IF I was lucky, the 3 golf ball sized scoops of ice cream may have been the equivalent of a single scoop anywhere else. It was mostly melted, and they were very stingy with the toppings. The attached picture really doesn't do this pathetic attempt at a decent Sundae justice. Stay away... the value at this place could not be any worse....

Went through drive through. Cashier (young kid at the window) seemed frazzled when I gave him a $20 and change and he couldn’t figure out my correct change. Another older employee tried to help him and he too couldn’t get it right. They both talked over me as I tried to tell them what the correct amount of my change should be, (which a second grader could figure out!). Drove away only to realize they overcharged me AND got my order wrong. Called immediately to notify the manager. She apologized, took my name, address and said she would mail me a coupon for a dinner basket. Waited one week. Did not receive it. Called back and spoke with a different manager. Told him what happened. He took my name, number and address and said he would follow up and call me back in 2 days to see if I had received the coupon yet. Nope. Nothing in the mail. No phone call. I work in Lebanon but live in Indy. I love Culver’s and have NEVER had a bad experience, UNTIL this one in Lebanon opened. Wrong order, clueless, incompetent staff at the drive through window, poor follow through despite 2 phone calls, managers aren’t accountable to their word. I won’t be coming back! Very...

Possibly the Best Fast Food Burger Out There

Stopped by Culver’s out of curiosity and was honestly blown away. The ButterBurger I had was juicy, flavorful, and freshly made — a massive step up from the typical fast food fare.

You can tell they care about quality. The bun is perfectly toasted, the beef tastes like it was just cooked (because it was), and the toppings are crisp and balanced. It’s easily one of the best burgers I’ve had from any fast food chain maybe the best.

What really stood out: after ordering at the counter, they actually bring the food to your table. That small touch adds to the whole experience and sets them apart from the usual fast food routine.
