Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Lebanon

I placed my order for delivery online through the Buffalo Wild Wings (NOT DoorDash). I was given an arrival time of 1 hour and 15 minutes later. The delivery driver called 5 minutes after the food was already supposed to have been delivered, saying that it still wasn't ready and they were thus unable to deliver it.

I called in to confirm that it would be ready by the time I drove in to get it. While on the phone, I also asked for a manager (who gave his name) and asked for a refund on the delivery fees and tips, as my order had not been delivered. I was told I would have to go through DoorDash for that, despite repeating multiple times that I had ordered through the Buffalo Wild Wings website.

When I got home, I spent nearly an hour on the phone with DoorDash to be told that as the order had been processed through Buffalo Wild Wings' website, only Buffalo Wild Wings could issue the refund as only they had my payment information. In addition, the food was no longer warm after the extra time required for me to get ready, drive to the store, pick it up, and return.

After attempting to call the store again and getting no answer several times, I drove back to the store a second time, this time seeking a full refund of my order for the troubles, in addition to this being the second delivery in a row to face the exact same issues (and I didn't seek any refund for the first order). I spoke with a manager (the same one who I spoke with on the phone). He took down my information and promised me a refund. It is now over 2 weeks later and I still do not have the order refunded on my card.

It's worth noting that I did fill out the form detailed by the owner below even before they suggested I do so. I still haven't heard...

I just moved to Lebanon back in April, and I really thought this was going to be my place to ‘chill’. The service is good, the food is.. well.. Bdubs food, and the bar tenders are all cool. But. And this is a big but. Last weekend I went to enjoy a drink, and one of the bar tenders, Madi, came in off the clock with her boyfriend(?). All was fine until she suddenly asked why I “kept looking at her”. Now, as a male and having been a server most of my life, my head is ALWAYS on a swivel. But regardless, she knows me because I’m in there frequently and we’ve always had good ‘normal conversation’. But last weekend she called me out for apparently looking her direction too many times, which is funny since she was sitting directly across the square bar from me. But then she essentially sicced her boyfriend on me and tried to instigate a literal fight for absolutely no reason. He quite literally threatened to come to come “put me in check” and almost got out of his chair… until THREE OUT OF FIVE, other people at the bar backed me up and told him/them to chill because I wasn’t doing anything whatsoever. Thank you to those regulars!! So, if you ever visit here, just make sure you don’t talk to or make eye contact with Madi because you may end up in a pointless and unwarranted fight.. I will say the positives outweigh the negatives and the rest of the staff are super cool and all of the ‘regulars’ at the bar are awesome! One of the guys in the kitchen did come out and apologize to me for her behavior and unprofessionalism, and I wish I remembered his name because he absolutely deserves praise and a raise after all of that! 🙌🏼 Thank you, man! I'm not usually picky. I do understand if a place is extremely busy that you might have a little wait or issues sometimes. But this was really ridiculous. We went there on a Saturday afternoon very slow, they were not busy at all. Had to wait 15 minutes for the drinks and 45 minutes for the food. Both chicken sandwiches were so cold the cheese didn't melt. All the food wasn't brought out that went with the orders either. When I asked the waitress what took so long she said "it's because all of you came in at the same time", I looked around the room and said "really?" because there was nobody else in there except another table that had already been waited on before we got in there. When we asked for the manager the waitress also said "he is back there cooking". So we just left it alone and left. We did tell the Hostess why we left. We've been to other BW3s that can handle a room full of people in half the time with good, hot food. I do believe in 2nd chances, but not sure if I want to try...
