Verizon — Local services in Lebanon

I walked 3 hours to this store on Friday 1/26 due to my mother shutting my phone off and wanting the phone plan put in my name and not having a car, so I had no option but to walk. I spent over an hour talking to the two men in the store, they were really kind and helpful and they seemed to know what they were talking about. They told me the entire account was switched to my name, they even called my mother to verify. Turns out I wasted 7 hours total of my life, (6 walking back and forth, 1 in the store) because they did nothing but change the account password and address. Which I could have done at home. I'm now sitting on the phone with Verizon customer service to handle something I WALKED THREE HOURS to the store to handle. I'm extremely frustrated, have to work, and don't have time to be sitting on the phone with customer service to solve something I was told was solved. Don't waste your time going...

When you can get service, the service is great. The store is frequently understaffed and you'll wait a long time for help. Myself and two other customers walked in while associates were busy. We were never acknowledged. Two of us needed to make a retail purchase, but all three associates were focused on setting up phone accounts so they couldn't help us. A fourth associate addressed one of the other couples after about ten minutes, then they left and the associate left the sales floor while we continued to wait. After approximately 20 minutes of waiting, I left the store without being acknowledged.

There are better options for service, and the drive to Indy...

There was only one person working on Sunday. They did not acknowledge me when I walked in the door as they were with another customer who was looking to purchase a new phone. All I needed to do was to buy a phone charger. After 15 minutes of standing there, and not being acknowledged, I finally said, can you tell me when I need to come back for you to be able to ring me up. I asked if an hour would give him enough time to finish up what he was doing. He said oh I didn’t realize all you needed to do was buy a phone charger. He then rang me up and I was able to...
