My first time visiting… Service was terrible so terrible I didn’t leave a tip and I’m an excellent tipper! Waiting 10 minutes for server to take my order and they were not busy…she decided to chat with the booth in front of me for 10 minutes before ordered was put in and still no coffee… Another person brought my coffee explaining she was helping my server that was not busy! The food was mediocre… No gluten free options…hash browns tasted weird due to the margarine they use… Eggs Benedict was okay except they added tomato which I didn’t order nor does the menu call for it! Not impressed! Will continue to go to Flap Jack’s‼️Service at Flap Jack’s is excellent and very friendly along with a great breakfast and Hash browns are excellent‼️Will not return to...

This was our first experience here and overall it was pretty good. Very friendly service, good food, and really cool atmosphere. The music was pretty loud in addition to standard restaurant noises so I wouldn’t recommend if you’re sensitive to volume. We had about a 15 minute wait because it was really busy - it would be nice to have a larger waiting area, especially when it’s getting colder out. We ordered standard items, nothing fancy and it took an hour to get our food after ordering. Like I said, they were busy so I understand but a whole hour seems excessive. We will definitely go back again, hopefully after the “new restaurant craze” dies down and it...

I order the cinnamon roll French toast. When I got my order serviced to my table it looked like someone cut one of the rolls to look like three. And definitely not what I was excepting. Change ur menu to cinnamon roll. And possibly say how many ur going to receive. Definitely not worth the $12.50. Then also one of my rolls was raw in the middle… smh don’t go here unless you want food that isn’t cooked all the way. Also felt like the server had attitude when she asked anything else and I said no just syrup then what she respond after that. First time going not to mention.

Aka the roll in front isn’t the ones cut. It’s the other two. Hope this help...
