Never ever will I buy furniture from Rife’s Home Furniture. I went into the store to buy a new bed for two reasons, 1. My current bed broke: the Right side broke. 2. My back was not having it with my current mattress. I was finally convinced to buy a new mattress and bed frame. As soon as the movers left my house I noticed the bed was super wobbly and I called the movers to come back and they did, the movers inspected the bed and noticed the bed was super wobbly and said “ this bed is super wobbly and more than normal but I don’t know why? Maybe because it’s cheaply made” he was going to have his manager call me . They never called me so I called them. After multiple calls and conversations a Rife’s inspector came to my house and said there is nothing wrong with my bed and that it might be because the material isn’t the best material and that the bed will always have a wobble to it. There was nothing they could do. He said if the bed breaks that my warranty would cover it for a year. Also, the mattress is not what I laid on in the store, completely different and worse than my previous mattress. I am very disappointed. I asked for my money back because buying a bed is an investment and this was a poor investment that I made. I asked to return my purchase and my request was denied. I don’t know why Rife’s would sell a customer a bed that has high chances of breaking and wouldn’t want to fix the issue that isn’t the customers fault. I have bought from Rife’s multiple times since moving to the area at both the Lebanon and Corvallis locations. I have been sold add-ons that didn’t work the way they should, such as a cooling mattress topper. My most recent visit, however, ensures that I will never go back. My wife and I went in looking for a couch, and we found one marked down for Black Friday at under $1000 that we liked. We filled out the paperwork with the salesman after confirming that the price was for a new couch and not the floor model. We hadn’t left the store for 15 minutes when they called and said a mistake was made involving the price. The price they quoted us was for a floor model, and a new couch would run us over two grand. I asked if they would be willing to work with us on the price under the circumstances, and they flat out refused. We took our business elsewhere. Two weeks later, we get a Black Friday catalog in the mail showing the same couch front and center with a listed price of $999, brand new. I will not be returning to this price-gouging establishment, and I would strongly suggest no one...

I bought a new bed frame back in November 2024 from Rife's and it was a horrible mistake. My issues weren't with the bed frame itself, for the most part it has been nice, my problems were with the ordering and picking up of the bed frame. Firstly, I cant believe that an online ordering site in 2024 still has to take payment over the phone. Second, a $99 delivery fee for anything under $1500 is ridiculous, I had to go out of my way and pick up the item at their warehouse instead of at the store closest to me that I picked out the bed frame. Lastly, the warehouse workers were very rude and the worker who helped me was stoned out of his gourd, he had to ask me my name 5 times to look up my order. Also the bed frame was slightly damaged when i unboxed it. After all was said and done every part of the Rife's process was aweful, I should of just found it online and had it shipped to my house instead of trying to get it local.
