Feel like I got scammed. Associate told me that underwear could be returned if not worn (which looks true in the return policy). I ordered a Youth M accidentally instead of Adult M and they wouldn’t even fit on me if I wanted them to, so I went to return them and they said they don’t accept returns on underwear at all regardless if not worn. Nowhere in return policy does it say anything about this either. It’s no wonder I never see anyone inside there because it sure feels like they’re scamming people. FOURTY DOLLARS for the underwear too. Gotta stay in business...
