Will never go through this store again. Waited a week for furniture to get to store (understandable) then when he called on a Friday he said between 11am - 3pm, I waited. 3:30 came around and I called to check as I need to leave to pick up daughter from school at 4. The girl on phone said I was last on the list and it would be between 6pm-7pm and I was good to go. Low and behold at 4pm my son calls and says they are there, I was 5 mins from my house, I called the store to see if they could wait the 5 extra mins as they told me 6-7. And they guy called me a liar and said he never told me 11-3 Friday when we talked and said that the girl had no business telling me a time. As he told me the date and times I was writing it on my white board, so I wouldn’t forget, he then wanted to continue to go back and fourth and told the guys to leave. He then said he would call back last night and let me know if they could come back last night or he would reschedule me. No call last night or this morning, so when I called around 12 to see when they can deliver again, it was another guy and he was nice, he placed me on hold to check and came back to phone with a attitude. So they definitely talk about you when you hang up. I have never expected that kinda treatment. This was my first and last time using Aaron’s...

Do go there.....go to the Eustis location....better service. If I could give them a ZERO, I would.

Called and spoke to Amber and explained that I needed a refrigerator since my he died. I explained I had a load of food that I did not want to go bad. She said, come over...I can help you out. I get the and ask for Amber....she said hi as she was helping someone out.

I went to check out the refrigerators and the were not clean. Even a thrift shop makes sure the appliances are cleaned. John was helping us. He was worthless. It was as though we were distracting him. Found something that was going to suit my needs. As I was filling out the application, he gave me a form to fill out with an explanation. I asked why am I filling out this form? He said....it's the short form? What? When asked when can they deliver the refrigerator...I was told the earliest is THURSDAY....4 days later. No accomodations considering this was urgent. I left the place and went to the Eustis location

Eustis location helped and delivered the refrigerator the same...

John and David are both horrible to work with. John has an attitude as if he hates his job. If that's the case he needs to find something else. He's not customer service focused at all. It's not always what you say to people but rather how you say it and how you treat people. David is full of empty promises. He promises he will do something and doesn't do it. Advises he conveniently was too busy to take care of long standing customers. This is NOT the only place there is to do business and I will take my business elsewhere and let everyone know not to do...
