Pat's Sales of Leesburg — Local services in Leesburg

I purchased a lot of items from this store for my home for repairs. I ended up with one toilet, the wax ring, and two door knob deadbolt lock sets for exterior doors that are keyed alike (came that way). I bought all of the items on April 9th 2025 and I tried to return them today, May 15, 2025 a mear seven days past 30 days, and the manager was only willing to give me a store credit and not a refund! I explained to him that a store credit would be no good to me because my project was done and I could never foresee a time in the future that I would return here to spend those funds. I also explained to him that I was in the hospital and sick for two weeks of those 30 days and told him that I could provide him with proof of that. He did not care at all. He would have no exceptions and was not a very nice person at all!!! And yes, I had my receipt! He could not chosen to issue me a refund but CHOSE NOT TO!!! They are also OVERPRICED as I found out afterwards. Could have gotten things for less...

We shop at Pat's Sales quite often as we do several mobile home repairs, etc. When our business needs parts, the technician will call from the Pat's Sales location for a purchase order as well as a credit card. We attempted to return the products for credit. Michael "the customer service manager", told my technician that he would need the card to issue the credit to the account. I called Pat's Sales the next day to give the credit card number over the phone to get the credit, and "Michael" stated that we can purchase without the card, NOT give any credit without the card. What???? You already have already taken my card number for the initial sale, why in then would you need the physical card for the credit? Doesn't make sense. Sounds as though they are not willing to give returns easily.

Never heard of having to present a credit card for the return after obtaining it for the sale.

I love our kitchen! The cabinets are of quality construction. I loved the selection and the color choices. The drawers are dove tail, and the cabinets are wooden throughout. We also got our countertop from pats and I am extremely happy with the selection they had to offer, and obviously what we picked out. The only reason I gave four out of five stars is because the designer should have gone beyond the computer print out and made sure we were maximizing cabinet space. We kept the same layout as our old kitchen, but lost space. We have wasted space in the corners that could’ve easily been maximized. We were given the measurements and recommended to go home and measure everything so ultimately the responsibility is our own. But you do depend on designers to talk about these things. As they are the experts. But overall, I would recommend them with just that in mind. In the future, we will be redoing our bathroom vanities, and I will definitely go...
