Today 10/23/25 about 6:30 pm, I went to Walgreens (11101 US 441 N, Leesburg )with great disappointment. I went to pick up my prescribed medication, which had been sent to the wrong pharmacy (CVS instead of Walgreens). When I arrived — in pain and experiencing heavy bleeding — I was told I would need to wait 7–10 business days to receive my medication. That explanation did not sound normal to me, so I asked for clarification.
The employee then stated that due to the “snowbirds” coming from up north, they are prioritizing those customers’ medication needs. I was shocked to hear this.
To make matters worse, this morning when I first visited the same Walgreens, I encountered an employee with a very poor attitude. Despite being polite and professional, when I said, “Have a good day,” he rolled his eyes and looked at me as if I were hard of hearing.
This is not the first or second time I’ve experienced unprofessional behavior at this location — but it will certainly be my last. I will be reporting this experience to Walgreens headquarters, and I strongly encourage others to use caution or consider visiting another location.

Read moreThe incompetence of this pharmacy is off the charts!! I went in for a script for my mom(she is extremely sick), they said they reached out to doctor 2xs, and I needed to call them. Called doctor they never received anything, pharmacy could call them Went back to pharmacy, 2nd person behind counter had to come and "find" the script I was talking about and the 1st girl had the audacity to say, "miscommunication on name", it'll be ready in 30 mins. 25 mins later, they state they don't have the medicine and could get it until Tuesday of next week or they could call around...in a couple hours or i could do it myself!!! They have had the script since YESTERDAY, "in progress" on app. I had to call 2 other walgreens to finally find the script but they couldn't fill it because this place still had it in thier system as, "in progress". I had to call this place and tell them to cancel the script and thank god for that one good young man in there, he did do it right away it right away. Cutting it short on time, I called back the 3rd walgreens and they filled it for me in 30 mins!!!! Read moreWe ordered photos for the first time through this Walgreens and the order was for 150 photos of the first months of my daughter’s life. They came in the wrong format and a few of the photos were ruined with residue over a few of them as well as a few being crumpled on the edges. We reached out and were told that we can resubmit the order and that they would make sure it’s done correctly. We came in a few days later and the order was ready, I was told to hand over the old photos which was never specified in the email. With certain product I can see having the original would make sense but these were personal photos that we feel didn’t matter if they were relinquished or not. Our bad for not knowing their policy when it seemed like it was just a simple reorder. After calling customer service and being disconnected twice and also speaking with the GM we were told product cannot just leave the store, which sounds silly since it’s an order they messed up in the first place.
