Update 2: 6 months ago I was about to give up on this location but DJ took over and there have been massive improvements. I no longer am waiting 30 min for my online order. The staff is amazing. Holly, Cindy, Jeffrey, Noah and D just to name a few. My drink is phenomenal every time and I drive off feeling happy from the experience with the baristas. I’m no longer driving to Eustis Mt Dora or Lady Lake for my fix. Great job DJ and staff!!!! 20+ minutes for a Mobil order. I ordered before I left my house. Went in to pick up. It was very busy. Drive thru had at least 10 cars. The person who pulled into the parking lot with me went to drive thru and I watched him pull away while I was still waiting for someone to answer me. I politely asked if my order was ready. I got nothing but attitude from the 2 front girls. They ignored me and left me standing there. I just needed to know how much longer it would take because I was gonna be late for work. Nobody wanted to tell me anything. Aren’t Mobil order’s supposed to be a priority? Why is drive thru getting there’s 15 minutes faster than I got mine and I ordered 10 minutes before that!!!! I stopped being polite after receiving smart remarks from your staff. I got my drink after that.
Update: today I ordered 30 minutes before I left my house! I STILL had to wait for my order! This is the 3rd time my mobile order has taken...
Read moreMy husband and I went there around 3:00pm and order two mocha cookie crumble one with almond milk and the other with regular milk to consume inside the shop.
The regular milk was done perfectly but the almond milk was watery. My husband don’t speak well English but he kindly ask if it can be done again and one of the ladies said yes.
The bad experience happened when another employee yelled at my husband asking what was he drinking making the other guest to look at us while she continued to yelled across the room to him what was he drinking?!
We had thrown away the almond one since with all the respect was not good. The one my husband was drinking was his, the one with regular milk.
She was the one that took our order in the first place and I had to remained her that we had purchased two drinks. She thought that my husband was trying to get away with a free drink.
The embarrassment and the disrespect was already done and we took off and our plans to enjoy a drink there were over.
There’s other ways to handle any misunderstanding. I really hope this had nothing to do with us...

Okay I wrote this review Quite a ways back When I first moved to Florida.Now unfortunately I need to change it. Lately in-store service has been very questionable them telling me that they can't accept stars or coupons for free drinks or any other promotions And I've had to be on the phone with Starbucks numerous times just to get the Stars That I deserve am starting to believe I need to start going to Wawa and getting my drinks I've had No issues with them. but I'm hoping they do get this fixed soon because I do like my Starbucks daily if not two or three times a day ( yes im a little coffee junkie) i don't like spending that much cash and being told that im unable to use my discount later. corporate needs to address this issue and get their computer system fixed if not i do know they will be losing a lot of business, not only mine but also my friends and family that have been complaining about...
